Synopsis:
BEAM Society Limited has recently revamped BEAM Plus assessment procedures for new building projects with an aim to improve its services to the industry. With effect from 1 May 2018, all BEAM Plus New Building (NB) projects will need to adhere to the new procedure.
In this seminar, BEAM Society Limited representative will give a briefing on the refined assessment procedure, with special focus on the following changes:
Technical Screening and Performance Pledge
Enhanced Two-stage Provisional Assessment
Re-assessment and Post-TRC
Review Mechanism
Transitional Arrangements
The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session opened to the floor.

Ir C S Ho, General Manager of BEAM Society Ltd.
He is currently the General Manager of the BEAM Society Ltd., the Deputy Chairman of the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency, a Barrister-at-law at the High Court of Hong Kong, a consultant of Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute, and an Honorary Principle Lecturer of the University of Hong Kong, teaching engineering and legal subjects at both the graduate and post-graduate levels.
